Running Courses

You would like to run in a group without pressure and competition, but instead with a lot of fun and under professional guidance? You would like to improve your speed speed and stamina? Then come over and join in! Running through nature, you find yourself. Running is an excellent cardiovascular training and contributes to your strength. It offers opportunity for mental relaxation and stress processing. It is integral to health.

For advanced runners, it is also possible to participate in competitions, e.g. the Hermannslauf, to participate. You can register for our courses here.

Beginners:

This is a course for absolute beginners. We start with 1 min slow running fllewed by 1 min of walking,for 5 km in 1h
If you have no running experience at al, this course is perfect for you.

Intermediate:

8 km run at maderate speed
This course is optimal for those who want who already have a bit of running experience or participated in the beginners course. If you can run ca. 30 min at moderate speed without taking a break, this course is good for you.

If you have no trouble running in his course then you can also join the Advanced courses on Wednesday, Friday od Sunday (see below).


Advanced:

This course is suitable for those, who can already run for 1 hour with a moderate speed.

This group runs faster, so you should already have some running experience. it is also very good as reparation for running competitions.

a long run of 16-20 km
This run is intended for those who want to run longer distinces. This course is well suited for you. This course is also perfect as preparation for a half marathon or for the Hermannslauf.
